Acoustic Louver
Material Fixed single piece blade profile. Fixed blades, heads, sills and mullions to be manufactured from 1100 series aluminum alloy with 2.0mm thickness. Interior acoustic material to be 60kg/m3 density rock wool insulation protected by non-woven fire retardant 100% polyester sheeting and perforated bent sheet. Louvre pitch to be spaced at 300mm. Total system depth not to exceed 150 mm. All screws to be non-corrosive SS316.

Performance(ASTM-90-09) Test data shall be from an accredited acoustical laboratory tested in the US (Riverbank Acoustical Laboratories) in accordance with ASTM E-90-09. The minimum acceptable performance through all octave bands is as follows: V150-2（Z）：STC = 13, Free Area = 17%
V150-2: STC = 12, Free Area = 24%
V300-2：STC = 17, Free Area = 28%
